If you would like to order a cake or cupcakes from Tasty Little Cakes please contact us via email on orders@tastylittlecakes.co.uk or by phone on 07944 558 580 to discuss your order in detail.
Please give as much notice as possible! Fridays and weekends book up quickly so place your order EARLY (2-3 weeks or more in advance), particularly during peak wedding season. Orders over 5 dozen cupcakes require a minimum of 3 weeks notice. If we can squeeze in a last-minute order we will, so don't hesitate to call.
Typically our minimum order is one dozen regular cupcakes, two dozen mini cupcakes or one cake. We cannot mix cupcake flavours in a box as the home-recipes are for set quantities and made specifically for your order. During busy periods we reserve the right to raise the minimum order without notice.
All orders require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance paid 3 weeks before the delivery date - or the full balance if placed within 3 weeks of the delivery date. This will ensure the date is kept reserved for you. An invoice will be emailed to you stating payment options. Cancellation charges apply - these are 50% of the total order if it is more than 21 days to the delivery date, or 100% of the total order if it is less than 21 days to the delivery date. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Our preferred method of payment for orders is an online/telephone bank transfer (BACS) for which we provide details on our invoice. We also accept cash in advance or payment via a credit/debit card (via Paypal). Payments via credit/debit card will incur a 3.5% surcharge.

As our cakes are made from scratch with no artificial preservatives our Tasty Little Cakes are best eaten as soon as possible. However, cakes and cupcakes will keep for an additional day from the date of delivery if stored in their original box and placed in a cool location out of the sun (not the fridge as this could make them stale or could affect any fondant decorations). Try to avoid an air-tight container as it too may affect the decorations or cake cases.
We pride ourselves in providing a high quality product with high quality ingredients. We use locally sourced free-range eggs (supplemented with supermarket free-range eggs when demand is high), a mixture of British/Organic/Fair-trade sugar, flour, butter and milk, no-cholesterol oil, home-made vanilla extract (does contain alcohol), un-waxed lemons, and without any artificial preservatives. We are very conscious of our carbon footprint and aim to source British products as much as possible. A full list of ingredients for a particular cake can be supplied upon request.
We can currently offer egg-free and gluten-free vanilla or chocolate flavoured cupcakes, though not as cakes (as the recipes do not work well as cakes). We cannot offer a dairy-free version nor a 100% nut-free cake or cupcakes (we do use nuts in our kitchen). Any special dietary requirements should be discussed over the phone at the time of booking.
To achieve some of the bright colours in our portfolio standard, high-quality food colourings are used. However, we do carry some Tartrazine-free colours and sprinkles which can be used on your order on request. Please

Yes we do. You can view
our gallery page for inspiration or email us other information (photographs, colours etc) so we can create a design especially suited for your occasion.
We can make a 6 inch round cutting cake, a giant cupcake or a jumbo 3.5inch cupcake to have with your cupcakes. You can find more information and prices on our

Yes we do. We have a limited number of six-tier perspex cake stands that are available for hire. We also have some disposable cupcake stands available for purchase. Please see our
cupcakes page for more information.

No not at this time. All baking and classes are performed in our family home, which is registered and regularly inspected by our local council.
The tools and equipment used to create our Tasty Little Cakes can be purchased either after a TLC decorating class or online only. If you have any questions about your purchase please
