Cake Delivery Charges And Information

Courier Services: We are based in Rickmansworth, Herts and offer delivery to the following areas via an eco-friendly courier company that run fuel-efficient and low-emission vehicles.

  • HA0-HA9 - £12.00 Delivery Charge
  • NW4, NW7, NW9 - £14.00 Delivery Charge
  • NW2, NW3, NW10, NW11 - £17.50 Delivery Charge
  • WD17, WD18, WD19, WD23 - £17.50 Delivery Charge
  • UB5 - £17.50 Delivery Charge
  • NW5, NW6, NW8 - £20.00 Delivery Charge
  • Other London area postcodes - please call for a quote

Delivery costs are per address.

We advise you select delivery for the day before your event if timing is important, however, our courier will try and deliver at a specified time if requested. If there is a problem with your chosen delivery date/time (e.g. fully booked) we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative. Someone must be in to receive and sign for the order. An additional charge will be applied for redelivery. Please note there is a 25% surcharge for weekend, Bank Holiday and out of hour deliveries.

Collection from our Rickmansworth address is free of charge, by appointment only.

Please Note: TLC ensures all cakes leave our kitchen in perfect order in suitable packaging. If you choose to have your cakes delivered by courier please note Tasty Little Cakes is not responsible for any damage caused during transit. Please consider collecting the cakes yourself from our Rickmansworth location or book our personal Delivery & Setup service.
 

Cake Setup & Delivery Services

To ease some of the organisation on the day Tasty Little Cakes offers a personal special occasion cake and cupcake tower delivery and setup service. This involves TLC co-ordinating directly with the venue, personally delivering the cake or cupcakes and setting them up on the display table, ensuring they are arranged correctly and look their best.

There is a minimum setup fee of £20 at any location plus a delivery charge which varies depending on the venue location and expected journey time. This price is additional to any cake stand hire fee.

It is best to mention this option when discussing your celebration cakes/cupcakes enquiry as this must be booked on a first come first served basis.
 

Postage for Shop Purchases

At this time we can only accept orders for delivery to mainland UK addresses. There is a blanket delivery charge of £4 for all shop purchases. Orders are posted twice a week. Please view the following chart for our postal timetable.

  • Orders placed on Monday by 12pm will be posted on Monday
  • Orders placed on Tuesday will be posted on Thursday
  • Orders placed on Wednesday will be posted on Thursday
  • Orders placed on Thursday by 12pm will be posted on Thursday
  • Orders placed on Friday will be posted on Monday
  • Orders placed on Saturday will be posted on Monday
  • Orders placed on Sunday will be posted on Monday

Allow 3-4 working days after dispatch for your delivery. All orders are posted via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (signed for).
